- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist customers with inquiries about our diamond jewellery collections and provide expert product knowledge
- Ensure the showroom is organised and visually appealing
- Handle transactions, including cash and card payments
- Maintain an accurate record of sales and inventory
- Support the team in achieving daily sales targets
- Provide after sales assistance and help with customer requests or concerns
- Assist with packaging and gift wrapping services
- Participate in promotional activities as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Presentable, with a professional and polished appearance
- Previous experience in retail, especially in the luxury or jewellery sector, is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail and an interest in high end jewellery
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling transactions

Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and customer oriented Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team for a short term role for one month.
