Role Overview
Sales Executive responsible for generating new business for storage and warehousing solutions among SME clients.
The role manages the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and develops lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate has warehousing or storage experience and understands how to sell space-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue storage and warehousing opportunities among retailers, traders, e-commerce sellers, and small distributors.
- Build and manage an SME sales pipeline and track opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and warehouse walkthroughs.
- Prepare tailored storage proposals, quotations, and pricing.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and deals.
- Build relationships that support retention and repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations to onboard new clients smoothly.
- Monitor UAE warehousing and logistics trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Two to three years of sales experience in the UAE.
