Role overview
Cargoz is hiring a Business Development Representative to support expansion in Saudi Arabia.
The role connects businesses with optimal warehousing solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.
Experience and qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics is required.
- Direct warehousing experience is strongly preferred.
- A valid Saudi driving license is required.
- Strong spoken and written English is required for professional B2B communication.
Sales capabilities
- The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and confident generating leads.
- The role requires independent sales-pipeline management and deal closing.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required.
- The candidate should identify customer needs and present suitable warehousing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support Cargoz’s expansion in Saudi Arabia.
- Connect businesses with suitable warehousing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach through successful onboarding.
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
