Role Overview

  • Lumenora General Trading LLC is a growing supplier of street lighting poles, decorative poles, cable management systems, light fixtures, and exterior landscape lighting solutions across the UAE.
  • We are looking for an experienced and results driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our presence within the UAE construction, infrastructure, and landscape sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, government entities, and infrastructure clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for: Street Lighting Poles, Decorative & Landscape Poles, Light Fixtures & Luminaires, Cable Trays & Support Systems, Outdoor & Landscape Lighting Solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, submittals, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Follow up on project approvals, consultant comments, and material submittals.
  • Support clients in obtaining product approvals from authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in lighting poles, lighting fixtures, infrastructure products, landscape solutions, or related construction materials.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE construction, infrastructure, and landscape market.
  • Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and government authorities.
  • Knowledge of material submittals, technical approvals, project specifications, and approval processes will be highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in obtaining consultant and authority approvals is a strong advantage.
  • Existing network within the UAE construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
  • Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
