Overview

  • The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
  • By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Candidate should have the skills and experience to follow up with customers either through visitation or face-to-face meetings to convey the message and convert him with our software solutions.
  • Candidate Should have B2B experience and identify the key influencers in every account to increase the closing rate.
  • Categorize different potential customers and prepare weekly and monthly plans to execute Phone calls, face-to-face visits, and online meetings to convert customers to use our software solutions.
  • Working towards achieving Sales targets monthly and annual financial and qualitative targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads & book 30 demos with customers.
  • Understand the needs of the customer and explain the value of Juleb solutions for him.
  • sign customers to meet and exceed financial and non-financial targets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Presenting product demos to potential customers.
  • Update the CRM with all interactions with the customers.
  • Competitor analysis.
  • Increasing market share.
  • Preparing Market feedback and recent trends.
  • Monthly Forecast.
  • Identify market dynamics and different features required by customers
  • Ability to showcase the different features and benefits of the software to the customers.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in software, SaaS, or ERP Sales.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Understanding the ERP Requirements and Implementation.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Arabic and English Proficiency.
