We are looking for a highly connected and commercially driven HIS Sales Executive who understands the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and can open doors with key decision-makers across hospitals, healthcare groups, pharmacy retail, and pharmaceutical distribution.
Role Description
The HIS Sales Executive will lead Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and business development activities for JULEB’s Hospital Information System (HIS), ERP, and healthcare digital transformation solutions across Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate has existing relationships within the healthcare ecosystem and comes from a healthcare technology, HIS, ERP, or digital health background with strong exposure to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare operations.
This role is heavily focused on generating qualified meetings, building strategic relationships, achieving sales targets, and creating commercial opportunities with healthcare providers and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM strategies targeting:
- Hospitals and healthcare groups
- Clinics and medical centers
- Healthcare supply chain organizations
- Own and achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and pipeline KPIs across HIS, ERP, and healthcare digital transformation solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation and opportunity development to commercial closure and account expansion.
- Consistently track, forecast, and report sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to secure meetings with:
- Hospital executives and administrators
- Medical directors and operational leaders
- CIOs and IT directors
- Digital transformation stakeholders
- Commercial and procurement leaders
- Identify opportunities where JULEB’s HIS and ERP solutions can solve operational, clinical, financial, and workflow challenges.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Present and position JULEB’s healthcare technology solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, commercial presentations, and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Work closely with product and leadership teams to tailor value propositions for different healthcare segments.
- Maintain deep market awareness of:
- Healthcare digital transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia
- HIS and ERP market trends
- Hospital operational workflows
- Regulatory and compliance requirements
- Competitive landscape
Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
- Healthcare technology sales
- Pre-Sales
- Digital health solutions
- Healthcare operations
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic healthcare accounts.
- Prior experience in multinational healthcare technology, enterprise software, or digital health companies is strongly preferred.

- Hospital administrators and procurement teams

- Proven ability to open strategic healthcare accounts and generate meetings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with strong GTM understanding
- Ability to understand HIS, ERP, and healthcare digital transformation solutions and articulate business value
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling capabilities
- Ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles and complex deals
