Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit out projects
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the interior design and fit out industry within the UAE
- Consistent new business acquisition of fit out projects of AED 5 million per annum
- Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai construction and fit out markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking an ambitious and result oriented Sales Executive Interiors & Fit out to join our growing Interior Design & Fit Out company in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, securing new projects, and meeting revenue targets
Key Responsibilities

Pay
- AED6,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
