About the Role
J Walt Technical Services LLC seeks a field-oriented Sales/Business Development Intern in Dubai to support commercial fit-out growth. The intern will prospect commercial buildings, build relationships with facility managers and brokers, and generate leads for tenant movements and fit-out opportunities.

- Visit commercial towers, office buildings, and business districts daily for field prospecting
- Meet facility managers, leasing teams, and property management representatives to introduce company services
- Identify and collect information on new tenant move ins, move outs, office renovation requirements, and new leasing activity
- Build and maintain relationships with facility management companies, leasing brokers, property managers, and office management teams
- Coordinate qualified leads with Sales Manager for client meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / pursuing degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confident, presentable, and proactive personality
- Willingness to travel extensively within Dubai
- Interest in sales, real estate, interiors, or construction
- UAE driving license (advantage)
- Prior internship/sales exposure preferred

Job Description
- We are looking for a highly energetic and field oriented Sales Intern / Business Development Intern to support our commercial fit out growth strategy in Dubai.
- The candidate will directly approach and build relationships with facility managers, leasing managers, property management companies, building management teams, and commercial brokers across key business districts of Business Bay, JLT, DIFC etc.
- The primary objective is to identify tenant movements, office leasing activity, and fit out opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Field Prospecting & Outreach
- Visit commercial towers, office buildings, and business districts daily
- Meet facility managers, leasing teams, and property management representatives
- Introduce company services and build relationships
Lead Generation
- Identify and collect information on new tenant move ins
- Tenant move outs
- Office renovation requirements
- New leasing activity
- Expansion requirements
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with facility management companies
- Leasing brokers
- Property managers
- Office management teams

Requirements

Stipend
- Basic Stipend + bonus based on sales will be paid for 3 months with a potential for full time opportunity based on performance at the end of 3 months.
