Position Overview

  • Sales Executive for a leading Interior Design and Fitout firm in Dubai.
  • Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
  • Industry: Interior Fitout / Furniture / Real Estate.
  • Department: Sales & Business Development.
  • Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager.

Job Summary

  • Generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets for interior design and fit out projects.
  • Requires proactive lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and coordination with design and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit out sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present services.
  • Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 2 years of sales/business development experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
