- Negotiate contracts and close sales within approved commercial guidelines
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Follow up on client inquiries, proposals, and post service satisfaction
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service standards
