- Oversee day to day operations of construction projects in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities including scheduling of subcontractors, labor, and material delivery
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and government authorities to resolve site issues
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and review contractor invoices
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections across project locations, requiring independent travel using a valid UAE driving license
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and support staff
- Resolve on site conflicts and troubleshoot construction challenges promptly
- Take care of maintenance team
