Sales Executive – General Merchandising Division

About the Role

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in Qatar, specifically within Light Household, General Merchandise, Household Products, or related FMCG/non-food categories.
• Strong existing knowledge of the Qatar wholesale and retail market.
• Experience dealing with wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and trading companies in Qatar.
• Existing customer network and established relationships within the Qatar market will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
• Strong understanding of market pricing, competitors, customer requirements, and product movement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Qatar for customer visits.
• Good command of English; Arabic will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales of the company's General Merchandising and Light Household product portfolio across Qatar.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and trade partners.
• Identify and approach new customers within the wholesale and retail channels.
