Overview
Alwan Al Matar Insulation Contracting, a DCL-certified waterproofing company, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** with experience in waterproofing and construction-related services.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships across various project types.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **residential, commercial, mosques, schools, and industrial projects**
- Promote and sell waterproofing solutions and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up, and close deals
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3**–5 years of experience** in waterproofing or construction sales
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and materials
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
