Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within premium restaurants, cafés, and food service accounts
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the HORECA segment
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure proper product listing, visibility, and promotion execution
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and collection follow ups

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG or Food Service (HORECA preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the local Qatar market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Target driven with strong customer relationship skills
