About the Role
Al Seer is hiring a Sales Executive with FMCG experience in UAE to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets. The role involves customer management, stock replenishment, and merchandising coordination.

Responsibilities
- Achieve set growth, distribution and visibility targets in line with brand objectives in assigned territory/customers
- Deliver sales, distribution and visibility objectives for assigned customers
- Manage customers effectively to ensure excellence in implementation of business priorities
- Periodically review performance and propose customer specific business development plans with Outlet Managers
- Ensure prompt listing of new products in line with POP Objectives
- Ensure stock replenishment through timely order processing and coordination with Logistics delivery team
- Ensure timely submission of monthly statements to assigned customers and cheque collections as per due dates
- Maintain Factbook containing Sales Vs Targets, MSL List, Planograms, Customer and Trade Information
- Monitor and coordinate day to day merchandising priorities and provide on field coaching and mentoring
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in FMCG sales in UAE is mandatory
- Experience in handling Key Accounts preferred
- Graduate degree or MBA from an accredited university preferred
- Basic level of understanding of category management
- Local driving license

Overview
