Overview

  • Identify and generate new sales leads in the decor and fit-out market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B & B2C)
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and fit-out solutions
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project needs
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for execution
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and after-sales service
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market competitors
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
