- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and brand knowledge effectively.
- Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales support professionally.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or similar customer facing sales role
- Experience in watches, accessories, sunglasses, fashion retail, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Currently available in Qatar
