IBC Group is hiring a Sales Executive with business center or real estate sales experience.
The role combines sales, client service, leasing, and support for business center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and follow up on generated leads.
- Manage daily business center operations and related responsibilities.
- Conduct office viewings and pitch value-added services.
- Close leasing deals and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage client onboarding and agreement finalization across the full sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM records, track clients, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize conversions.
Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of proven sales experience in business centers, accounts, serviced offices, or real estate.
- Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
- Have CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Be presentable, energetic, and highly goal-oriented.
- Be willing to commute between branches occasionally if required.
- Hindi and English proficiency is required.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
