Role Overview
IBC Group is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative, described in the posting as a Sales Executive, for business center or real estate sales.
The role supports business center operations while delivering client service and sales results.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and generated-lead follow-up.
- Manage daily business center operations and responsibilities.
- Conduct office viewings and pitch value-added services.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients by closing leasing deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including client onboarding and agreement finalization.
- Maintain CRM records, track clients, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize conversions.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of proven sales experience in business centers, serviced offices, or real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills are required.
- CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
- Candidates should be presentable, energetic, and highly goal-oriented.
- Hindi and English language skills are required.
- Willingness to commute between branches when required is expected.
