Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Professional Audio to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Professional Audio & AV industry, with the ability to develop new business, build relationships with system integrators, consultants, dealers and end customers, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales opportunities for Professional Audio products and solutions

• Identify and acquire new dealers, system integrators and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with AV consultants, contractors and key end users
• Generate leads, prepare quotations and follow up opportunities through closure
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Work closely with customers to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Track upcoming AV projects and develop new market opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
• Coordinate with technical and management teams for project support

Preferred Candidate 2–3+ years of experience in Professional Audio / Pro AV sales

• Good knowledge of products such as speakers, amplifiers, DSP, mixers, microphones and commercial audio systems
• Existing relationships within the AV dealer/system integrator network will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development

Qualification Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Audio Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Relevant industry experience will be given strong consideration.

VALID DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST.
