Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to join our Commercial team.
In this role, you will collaborate with talented sales professionals in the F&B/FMCG category to drive sales efforts, manage product offerings, and provide exceptional support to business operations.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Sales Executive, you’ll primarily work out of the Dubai Airport Free Zone office, with most of your day-to-day activities in the field, engaging directly with potential partners and customers.
- You will be responsible for driving app downloads, onboarding new buyers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients, all while meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
- Reporting to the Category Manager, your core responsibilities include:
- Generating Sales Leads: Proactively identify and engage potential customers.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Sales Performance Reports: Track and report on sales performance regularly.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and enhance buyer satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For
- We are seeking someone with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as this role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Ideally, you have:
- 3+ years of experience in outdoor B2B sales, specifically within the F&B/FMCG sector.
- A solid understanding of the UAE retail market and current commercial trends.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a history of exceeding sales goals.
- A well-established network within the UAE freezones is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively position products against competitors.
- Creative negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and a strong team player.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, etc.) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
