Sales Executive - Events

Requirements

• Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the event industry - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Education A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
• Technical Skills - Proficiency in using CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM - Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and sales software
• Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present sales pitches
• Event Industry Knowledge - General understanding of the event industry, including client needs and market trends - Ability to identify potential sales opportunities within the event sector
• Problem-Solving Ability - Quick thinker with the ability to address challenges and find solutions in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting strategies based on client feedback
• Organizational Skills - Strong attention to detail in managing CRM data, sales documentation, and client communications - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
