  • You should be:
  • Highly Creative : Able to produce visually captivating designs and bring ideas to life.
  • Proactive and Independent : Comfortable working in a startup environment where you take ownership of your tasks and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Technologically Proficient : Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools, with a willingness to explore new technologies such as Midjourney AI.
  • Excellent Communicator : Capable of articulating your ideas effectively and collaborating with freelancers and team members.
  • Detail-Oriented : Committed to delivering high-quality designs with attention to detail.
  • Flexible and Adaptable : Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • As a Minimum, You Should Have
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • A solid understanding of design principles, branding, layout, and typography.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Your Application Will Be Stronger If
  • You have experience working with startups or small teams.
  • You have experience with Adobe After Effects for animation or motion graphics.
  • You have collaborated with 3D designers and architects.
  • You are fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken.
