Responsibilities
- Visit SME customers across assigned territories to identify and develop business opportunities
- Promote and sell Etisalat SME solutions including mobile, internet, connectivity, and business communication services
- Generate new leads through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision makers, and key stakeholders
- Conduct professional product demonstrations, consultations, and solution presentations
- Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate daily sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer records within the CRM system
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in outdoor sales or telecom sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets

Compensation
