Position Overview
The Sales Executive is a results-driven professional who actively seeks and engages prospective clients to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the industry, territory, market potential, and zones to cover.
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients and proactively reach them through networking, cold calling, and meetings.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Update the CRM with accurate data and achieve stipulated objectives, targets, and KPIs.
Required Skills and Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Proven record of exceeding objectives, targets, and KPIs.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Excellent sales, verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and a valid driving license are required.
Soft Skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, optimistic, self-starting, passionate, and dedicated.
- Strong time management, planning, pipeline-building, autonomy, and accountability.
