Job Details

• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the customer life cycle.
• Develop sales strategies for the company’s management based on existing networks and market opportunities.
• Generate new business opportunities and create new client accounts.
• Promote third-party inspection, testing, certification, and training services to clients across various industries.
• Handle client inquiries and provide advice on technical and inspection-related requirements.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and client requirements professionally.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Offer pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services to customers.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain proper communication and reporting with management regarding sales activities and market feedback.

Job Qualifications And Experience

• UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Experience in third-party inspection and training sales is preferred
• Knowledge of inspection sales, safety services, and construction-related services will be an advantage
• Construction, industrial, or technical services background – Preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• PC proficiency (Excel, Word, Email, CRM systems)
• Ability to generate leads and maintain client relationships
