Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven **Sales Executive** to support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the UAE market and a strong understanding of customer acquisition and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Digital eMenu products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with product offerings
  • Understand market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
  • Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client requirements
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, product demos, and negotiations to deal closure and post-sales handover
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
  • Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve product features and offerings
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and contribute to expansion strategies across new segments and regions

Required Experience & Skills

  • **2+ years of experience** in Sales, preferably within **hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or technology** sectors
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and restaurant ecosystem
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
  • Ability to manage multiple products, accounts, and campaigns simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality technology, SaaS, or fintech
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (preferred)
