Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Digital E Menu platform)
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Work closely with developers and product team to ensure timely issue resolution
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA feedback early in development cycle
- Ensure product quality before every release
- Prepare and maintain test reports and QA documentation
- Validate API responses using tools like Postman
- Support production issue verification when required
- Automation testing along with automation testing frameworks
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Software QA / Testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience in manual testing and test case creation
- Hands on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application testing
- Good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment

Role Overview
