Sales Executive

Overview

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and target new potential clients, including pet stores, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and individual pet owners.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and work to grow the company's market share in the pet-related sector.

Product Knowledge

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the pet products or services offered (food, toys, grooming supplies, healthcare, etc.).
• Provide expert advice on pet care and recommend products that meet the needs of clients and their pets.

Customer Service & Support

• Address any customer concerns or questions in a professional and friendly manner.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to sales managers regarding performance, targets, and customer insights.

Travel & Networking

• Travel across various regions in the UAE to meet clients and prospects, requiring a valid UAE driver’s license.
• Attend pet-related events, exhibitions, or networking opportunities to build brand awareness and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the pet-related industry (pet products, services, or healthcare) is highly preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Personal Traits

• Pet ownership experience is an advantage as it demonstrates understanding of pet needs and customer expectations.
• Passion for animals and the pet industry.
• Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not essential.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and own a vehicle for local travel.
