Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace and social media operations, including Amazon Vendor & Seller Central, Noon, Instagram Shop, Talabat, and Trendyol.

The ideal candidate will handle product listings, inventory management, sales analysis, performance reporting, and content creation using Canva to drive growth across all platforms.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.

  • daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 1–3 years experience
  • in
  • E-commerce or marketplace management
  • .
  • Hands-on experience with
  • Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Talabat, Trendyol, and Instagram Shop
  • .
  • Strong
  • data analysis and reporting skills
  • .
  • **Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel**
  • (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, sales reports).
  • **Proficiency in Canva**
  • or other design tools for creating online content.
  • Knowledge of product listing, pricing strategies, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with

Preferred Skills

  • Marketplace advertising knowledge (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, Instagram Ads).
