Position Summary

  • The Sales Executive represents the brand by delivering an exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales performance, and cultivating long term client relationships.
  • The role demands strong product knowledge, refined presentation, and the ability to understand and cater to a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients through clienteling techniques.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyles to offer tailored product recommendations.
  • Actively contribute to growing the client database and ensuring consistent follow up.
  • Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the brand’s image, tone, and luxury standards.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of all collections, materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
  • Communicate the brand’s story and product features in a sophisticated and engaging manner.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and client expectations.
  • Support visual merchandising by ensuring displays are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the store environment is immaculate, elegant, and welcoming.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and transfers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury fashion retail or a premium brand environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English (Russian or other languages are an advantage).
  • Strong sense of style, grooming, and presentation consistent with luxury standards.
  • Proficiency in POS systems.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
