- Sell prepaid/postpaid SIM cards, data plans, and telecom services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Generate leads through field sales, kiosks, retail, and outdoor activities
- Explain products, offers, and promotions to customers
- Assist customers in selecting suitable telecom packages
- Handle SIM registration, onboarding, and KYC verification as per regulations
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle customer queries and service issues professionally
- Coordinate with supervisors on sales performance and operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and market trends
Requirements
- 1 3 years in telecom sales, retail sales, or direct sales
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Good understanding of telecom products, prepaid/postpaid plans, data packages, and promotions
- Experience in direct sales, outdoor sales, kiosk sales, or retail telecom sales
- Flexibility to work in shifts, retail outlets, kiosks, or field locations
- Fluency in English; Hindi/Arabic/Urdu is an added advantage

Preferred Experience
