- Develop and expand distribution of frozen food products across retail stores
- Identify new business opportunities to grow market share
- Ensure strong product placement, visibility, and availability in stores
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail store managers and buyers
- Regularly visit outlets to monitor performance and maintain relationships
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Promote frozen baked products effectively
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with supply chain teams
- Suggest product mix improvements based on customer demand and trends
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG industry (retail sales)
- Strong network within retail stores/supermarkets is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long term business partnerships
- Results driven with strong sales and market expansion focus
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Sales target achievement
- Problem solving and adaptability
