Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly experienced candidate, preferably with a proven track record in the bakery industry, to drive the expansion of La Lorraine Bakery Group’s products across the GCC and broader Middle East market.
  • This role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and accelerating market penetration throughout the region.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in a manufacturing industry.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and establish annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability and ensure long term agreements.
  • To lead and manage the sales operations within the assigned region, focusing on clients and distributors.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely product availability.
  • Coordinate with finance for credit management and payment collection.
  • Foster a high performance culture focused on customer service and results.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns tailored for foodservice clients.
  • To ensure revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of sales experience (preferrable Hospitality, HORECA, Catering Channels).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large territories.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment (such as Manufacturing industries).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and advanced functions.
