- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and establish annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability and ensure long term agreements
- Lead and manage the sales operations within the assigned region, focusing on clients and distributors
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely product availability
- Coordinate with finance for credit management and payment collection
- Foster a high performance culture focused on customer service and results
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns tailored for foodservice clients
- Ensure revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and team leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of sales experience (preferably Hospitality, HORECA, Catering Channels)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large territories
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) for business communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and advanced functions
