Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents
- Support in managing existing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identify and approach potential new clients to generate leads and secure new business
- Conduct initial client meetings to understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and client databases
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, project updates, and payment collections
- Coordinate with operations, production, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and market visits to enhance lead generation
- Assist in preparing sales strategies and support the Sales Manager during client visits and site inspections
- Ensure high quality customer service and timely communication with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- UAE Driving License is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential clients and support in business development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in advertising, signage, kiosks, fabrication, or related industries is an added advantage
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure
