- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face to face consultations
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow ups, and enrollments in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students
- Coordinate with trainers and branch staff to ensure a smooth student onboarding process
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review
- Ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, admissions, customer service, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience in education, training institutes, colleges, or service based industries preferred
- Experience handling admissions or student counseling preferred
