Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic sales planning, and the ability to present tailored logistics solutions to clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding Company in Dubai as Sales Executive
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of freight Forwarding (air, sea, and land)
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams for customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
