Responsibilities
- Promote and sell IT products such as laptops, desktops, servers, ID card printers, label printers, and other related equipment
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer visits, calls, and online channels
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional pre and post sales support
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers and vendors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper product delivery and support
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Ensure timely follow ups on quotations, payments, and deliveries
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities using CRM or Excel tools
- Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT products (hardware, networking devices, printers, etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or CRM tools
- Prior experience in IT hardware sales or related field is an advantage

Job Overview

Compensation
