IT Sales Executive

***Responsibilities:***

Promote and sell IT products such as laptops, desktops, servers, ID card printers, label printers, and other related equipment.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer visits, calls, and online channels.

Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively present features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and on time.

Handle customer inquiries and provide professional pre- and post-sales support.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendors.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets under pressure while maintaining quality standards.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper product delivery and support.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, payments, and deliveries.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities using CRM or Excel tools.

Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required.

***Skills and Qualifications:***

Strong knowledge of IT products (hardware, networking devices, printers, etc.).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or CRM tools.

Prior experience in IT hardware sales or related field is an advantage.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
