Job Summary
Hicar Auctions L.L.C is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on **sales leads** through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Promote and sell vehicles to meet and exceed **monthly sales targets**
- Provide customers with detailed information about vehicles, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct **vehicle presentations and test drives**
- Build and maintain strong **customer relationships** to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with the operations team for **vehicle availability and delivery**
- Maintain accurate records of **customer interactions and sales activities**
- Stay updated on **market trends and competitor offerings**
- Ensure excellent **customer service and satisfaction** throughout the sales process
- Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve **sales targets**
- Knowledge of cars and automotive market in UAE
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a **target-driven and fast-paced environment**
- Basic computer skills (CRM / MS Excel preferred)
- Preferred female candidate from real estate industry .
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
