About the Role
Hicar Auctions l.l.c is seeking an HR Officer in Dubai to manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain employee records and personal files, update HR database and HRMS
- Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and other employment documents
- Address employee concerns and HR related queries, support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
- Maintain attendance and leave records, coordinate payroll inputs with Finance Department
- Track annual leave balances and overtime records, support end of service benefit calculations
- Coordinate with PRO regarding employment visas, labour contracts, Emirates ID, medical fitness, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies, monitor visa and document expiry dates
- Assist in probation reviews, performance appraisals, and coordinate employee training and development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; HRMS experience is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

Job Summary
- The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and managing day to day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, documentation, payroll support, and coordination with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment activities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Update and manage the HR database and HRMS.

- Prepare monthly HR reports, including recruitment status, employee headcount, turnover, leave reports, and compliance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Compensation
- Pay: From AED 4,500.00 per month
