Job Summary

  • The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and managing day to day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, documentation, payroll support, and coordination with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment activities.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records and personal files.
  • Update and manage the HR database and HRMS.
  • Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and other employment documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Address employee concerns and HR related queries.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.

Payroll & Leave Administration

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance Department.
  • Track annual leave balances and overtime records.
  • Support end of service benefit calculations.

Compliance & Government Relations

  • Coordinate with the PRO regarding employment visas, labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness, and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
  • Monitor visa and document expiry dates.

Performance Management & Training

  • Assist in probation reviews and performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including recruitment status, employee headcount, turnover, leave reports, and compliance updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; HRMS experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

  • Pay: From AED 4,500.00 per month
