About the Role
Transmed is seeking a Sales Executive to develop foodservice business in Dubai. The role involves acquiring new customers, maximizing product sales, and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Seek new customers within the assigned area to develop the customer base
- Close deals and contracts with new customers
- Use the company’s products to offer customers solutions to their needs
- Maximize the number of products purchased by customers to maximize sales results
- Develop and conduct ideas, plans and activities that will contribute to sales growth
- Build and maintain a strong relationship and partnership with customers especially with decision makers
- Provide customers with superior customer service levels to gain their loyalty
- Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure high service levels
- Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in FMCG or hospitality industry, preferably in Sales related roles, or a completed internship in Sales & Marketing
- Driving License is a must
- Good communication skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Result oriented

Job Purpose
- To develop the foodservice business with new and existing customers across the Foodservice channel to achieve set sales targets.
Key Accountabilities New Customers
- Seek new customers with the assigned area to develop the customer base.
- Close deals and contracts with new customers.
Key Accountabilities Building Business with Customers and Distribution
- Use the company’s products to offer customers solutions to their needs.
- Maximize the number of products purchased by customers to maximize sales results.

Key Accountabilities Managing Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain a strong relationship and partnership with customers especially with decision makers.
- Provide customers with superior customer service levels to gain their loyalty and sustain long term business relationships.

- Develop and maintain strong product know how to be able to advise and convince customers through technical knowledge.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in FMCG or hospitality industry, preferably in Sales related roles, or a completed internship in Sales & Marketing.
