Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website inquiries, and walk in clients
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings through effective sales techniques
- Explain hair transplant procedures, treatment plans, benefits, pricing, and financing options
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales process
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Healthcare, Medical, Aesthetic, Hair Transplant, Cosmetic, or Wellness industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Fluency in English is required

Job Summary
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Healthcare, Medical, Aesthetic, Hair Transplant, Cosmetic, or Wellness industry preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu.
