We are looking for a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments
- Provide accurate information about clinic services
- Handle WhatsApp and social media messages
- Maintain patient records and update the system
- Coordinate with the reception and medical team
Requirements
- Previous experience in call center or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
