Role Overview

  • We are currently partnering with a leading global media technology business to hire a Sales Executive based in Dubai, focused on driving commercial growth across the Middle East region.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, OTT, broadcast, streaming, video, or digital transformation solutions into media, telecom, or technology customers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, building senior stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across broadcasters, telecom operators, streaming platforms, and media organisations.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C level stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with pre sales, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline via CRM tools.
  • Represent the business at key industry events and client meetings across the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software / SaaS sales.
  • Background selling into media, OTT, broadcast, video streaming, telecom, or digital platforms preferred.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and winning new business.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
