Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, promoting company products and solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to utilize modern sales technologies, reporting tools, and AI-driven solutions to improve business performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and market research.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Promote and sell Axon products, services, and solutions in accordance with company objectives.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately and professionally.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and pending orders to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, and administrative teams regarding deliveries, installations, and customer requirements.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and site meetings when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Utilize CRM systems, AI tools, and digital technologies to improve sales performance, customer communication, reporting, and forecasting.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Support management with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies, approval procedures, and sales guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and customer engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in security systems, office automation, safes, storage solutions, or related industries.
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, or modern sales technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and reporting/dashboard preparation preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
