- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Service (sales focused roles preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
