- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Reception, or Customer Coordination
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Professional, polite, and customer focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
