Overview

  • Top One Businessmen Administrative Services LLC is looking for a motivated, confident, and results oriented Sales Executive to promote business setup, government documentation, visa, PRO, tax, and administrative support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company services including Mainland and Free Zone company formation, trade licence issuance, renewal, and amendments, investor/partner/employee/family visa services, PRO and government related services, corporate bank account assistance, VAT and Corporate Tax registration and filing support,
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, client meetings, referrals, networking, social media, and online platforms.
  • Generate, qualify, follow up, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable, cost effective solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, service proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Follow up consistently with clients until the successful closure of deals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with Administration, Accounts, PRO, Visa, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding service procedures, required documents, estimated costs, and processing timelines.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, service pricing, government procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Support the company’s marketing activities, including social media promotions, campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing is required.
  • Experience in UAE business setup, PRO services, visa services, government transactions, banking assistance, tax services, or administrative services will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Good understanding of UAE business setup procedures and government related services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, social media platforms, and basic computer applications.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu, or other languages will be an advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.
