- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Coordinate with design team to prepare promotional materials
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
- Support sales and customer service teams with marketing materials
- Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
- Maintain company brand image in all communications
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and networking
- Prepare regular marketing reports and update management on campaign performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or sales support preferred
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing trends
- Strong communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with ability to develop marketing ideas
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads or similar platforms

Job Overview
- Top One Businessmen Administrative Services LLC is looking for a creative, motivated, and results driven Marketing Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our business services, building brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns, and supporting client acquisition through digital and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services, including business setup, visa services, PRO services, tax, accounting, and corporate banking assistance.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare posters, videos, reels, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- Support sales and customer service teams by providing marketing materials and campaign support.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends in the UAE business services sector.
- Maintain the company’s brand image in all marketing communications.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and business networking opportunities.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and update management on campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or sales support is preferred.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing trends.
- Strong communication skills in English. Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages will be an advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop professional and attractive marketing ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be professional, disciplined, and target oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE business setup, visa services, PRO services, tax, or accounting industry.
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer follow up strategies.
- Ability to create short video/reel concepts for social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai business market.
